Author Katharine E. Hamilton has been an independent author for fifteen years. When she first started her author journey, she attended literary festivals, art festivals, and events to promote her work to new readers. Events and festivals were a great way to connect with readers from all over the country, and she wanted to provide that opportunity to other authors and to the book community. 

There is no  such event in Rockport-Fulton despite the incredible, thriving arts community in the area. So this will be our SECOND year to bring the  Rockport Fulton Book Festival. A fun, family-friendly event for the coastal bend.
